Civil Complaint

 If you wish to file a complaint to sue a person or entity (defendant) that you believe has done you wrong, AND,

the amount involved to resolve your case, not including interest, costs, or requested attorney fees, is $10,000 or more, OR you are asking for something other than money damages, or both; Our service includes preparing, processing and filing all initial documents to start case.

Legal Name Change of Family, Adult or Child

Available for a resident of the county where you are filing this request and you want to ask the Court to change the name of your family (yourself and/or your spouse and/or minor children), adult with or without children. We are able to prepare, process and file all documents needed to start the process.

Last Will/Power Of Attorney/Living Trust

As part of our will preparation service, we provide the notary, witnesses and the original signed will, as well as three additional copies. For $95, we will update your will if we have previously prepared it.

Living Will

A Living Will can be provided at no additional charge if we are helping you prepare a Last Will and Testament or Power of Attorney.
